aside from lex, and zod (+ his crew) the only other villian in the old movies was that computer and the stupid clone from 4.
im thinking darkseid or brainiac or metallo or doomsday

I can see the dialogue now. "Me an not mad. Me love Superman. Me not kill you." It's hard enough to read in comics when you've got the ability to reread the lines to figure out what the crap he's saying. I'll pass on a movie appearance.
