all cranked up
so with my 3 day weekend...
haha go ahead and be jealous..
after i pried myself from watching all 4 nfl games...
i popped in my netflix rentals...
hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy.. eh it was ok... thing i liked most was bill nighy
was in it as Slartibartfast.. designer of worlds... i never read the book, but the movie wasnt a total waste of time...
on the other hand i watched "CRANK" twice because i loved it so much. aside from having some brutally gorey parts, and lots of action there were several times my sides hurt from laughing out loud so hard.
this movie fills in ALL the prerequistes of a great dave movie...
lots of action
car chase
hott naked chicks
people die
lots of cursing
everything doesn't work out right.
granted i think there is a medical flaw in the movie, but i cant be certain and i aint wasting time to dig out my physiology books to find out for sure.
i also have been "cruising" thru need for speed on the wii... pun intended!
at least until i got to the final area of the city where even my tricked out porsche isnt fast enough. :-(
oh and if the mustang gt was a little faster and didnt steer like a sail barge you're damn straight i would be using it...

Gotta get myself some crank. And it always makes me wonder if "muscle" cars really handle that poorly. They always suck in video games.

well i unlocked the corvette z06 later and it is under the "mucle" car tier... and its the best car i can use in the game..
i unlocked the lamborghini gallardo which has maxed out speed acceleration and handling...
i can use it on quick races which are not a part of the career mode...
the gallardo is TOO fast. i cant control it at 250 mph!!!
